SHIPPING POLICY

Money Savvy Kids uses Sendle for all domestic postage requirements.

Postage and Handling​

Our postage and handling prices are set at Sendle’s Easy Plan rates plus a $0.75 handling fee to simply cover our costs (postage, packaging materials and labour).

​

Money Savvy Kids recommends Signature on Delivery for any orders greater than $100.00.

All product prices displayed are exclusive of delivery charges.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our normal processing time for in stock orders is 48 hours from receipt of payment (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).

For packages with a delivery address within Australia you can expect delivery within 5 to 12 working days of order payment depending on delivery location.

A Customer Service representative will contact you by phone should any item(s) ordered be unavailable.

While we do everything we can to ensure your parcel is delivered in a timely manner, occasionally some delays may occur from Australia Post that we have no control over.

Bulk Orders

Orders of 12 Money Savvy Pigs or Soccer Balls and over will be considred a Bulk Order.  Postage methods and discounts detailed at the Fundraising and Bulk Order page will apply.

Returns
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Money Savvy Kids will refund or exchange (at your election) any faulty or defective item. Please notify us of any defect or fault as soon as the merchandise arrives (within 7 days of delivery) and your purchase will be replaced immediately.

 

You may return any items you purchased from us, for any reason, for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise (within 30 days of shipment delivery). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. We'll also refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

If delivery to the customers requested address is refused by Australia Post (for any reason whatsoever) or cannot be made to the address supplied by the customer, the cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer. In order to receive full merchandise credit, items must be unused and in their original packaging, remain in good condition and must contain all accessories.
